These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kabana platform and services provided by Kabana Pte Ltd (“Kabana”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Kabana Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Revenue Scaler; references to “Kabana” in these Terms do not impose any direct obligations on Revenue Scaler to you unless expressly stated. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Kabana, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@usekabana.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Kabana provides ecommerce analytics services, including data aggregation from connected platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and others), performance dashboards, AI-powered analysis, and custom reporting tools. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Kabana shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond Kabana's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party platform API changes or outages (including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other connected platforms), acts of government, or labour disputes. Kabana will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such event and to minimise its impact on the Services.
Kabana offers a Free Account and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
Prices are stated in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Free Account is governed by our Free Account Service Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Free Account Service Agreement, these Terms shall prevail. Free Account access is provided at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

By connecting your ecommerce store to Kabana, you grant us permission to access and process your store data in accordance with those platforms' API terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.
By connecting your store, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are authorised under your agreement with the relevant platform (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and others) to connect your account to third-party analytics tools; (b) granting Kabana API access does not violate any platform policy, merchant agreement, or applicable law; and (c) you will promptly notify us at support@usekabana.com if you become aware that such authorisation has been withdrawn. You agree to indemnify Kabana against any claims by third-party platforms arising from your breach of this warranty.
We are not responsible for any changes made by third-party platforms to their APIs that may affect the availability or accuracy of data within Kabana.
Where you are a data controller in respect of personal data contained in your store data (for example, your customers' contact details or order history), Kabana acts as your data intermediary/processor for the purpose of providing the Services. Kabana agrees to process such personal data only on your documented instructions and in accordance with applicable law. Enterprise customers may request a standalone Data Processing Agreement by contacting support@usekabana.com.
Kabana acknowledges that your store data — including sales figures, order volumes, advertising performance, and derived analytics — is commercially sensitive. Kabana agrees to: (a) access and process your store data only for the purpose of providing the Services to you; (b) not disclose your store data to any third party (including Revenue Scaler) except as permitted under these Terms or with your prior consent; (c) implement technical and organisational security measures consistent with our ISO 27001 certification; and (d) ensure that any employee or contractor who accesses your store data is subject to confidentiality obligations. This clause survives termination of these Terms.
Kabana and all related materials, including software, logos, dashboards, and content, are the intellectual property of Kabana Pte Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of your store data. By using Kabana, you grant us a limited licence to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Kabana is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data or AI-powered analysis provided will be accurate or complete. AI-generated analysis is indicative only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
The exclusions in this section apply only to the extent permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act (Cap. 396) of Singapore and other applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes any condition or warranty whose exclusion would be unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kabana Pte Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts paid by you to Kabana in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) SGD 200.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act (Cap. 396).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kabana Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Sections 7a (Confidentiality), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith written negotiation for a period of 30 days following one party's written notice describing the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may refer it to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Kabana after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
